Order Cancellation

Physical Products
-> Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped
-> Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled

Refund Policy
No-Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products. However, we may make exceptions in the following cases:

-> Product Not Received
-> If the product is lost in transit
-> If the wrong product is delivered
-> If the product is damaged during shipping

Refund Process (When Applicable)
If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Returns will not be accepted post 2 days of delivery. Returns will also not be accepted more than once. In case return pick up is not available at customer’s location, the customer will be liable to ship the product back to our warehouse, cost will be re-imbursed for the same. The RETURN/EXCHANGE charges will be Rs.150/-

We do not accept returns for customised lenses in any case except for damage. Below is our return policy to guide you through the return and replacement process:

Eligibility for Return
-> All Returns are accepted {NO REFUND ONLY STORE CREDIT} -> The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
-> Products purchased on any type of sale’s cannot be Returned.

Return Process
-> If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
-> Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.

Important Notes
-> Delivery timelines may be affected by delays from the transport company, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
-> We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

We aim to make the return and replacement process as seamless as possible.

Exchanges

Your order can be exchanged within 24-48 hours from the delivery date.

Exchange charges are ₹150. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.

Exchanged product gets shipped as soon as we receive the returned product. The product will be delivered within 7-9 days.

In case of return pick-up, if the area pin-code falls under non-serviceable category, then you will be informed & hence we expect you to send it via your local courier centre. In this case, you will not be charged anything for the exchange process.

We provide exchange only one time

Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired product is not in stock, you will be offered a store credit. Store credit comes with a validity of 60 days.

Products purchased on any type of sale’s cannot be exchanged.
